Víc než zbraně slabých: Rezistence Romů vůči sekuritizační politice

V posledních dvou desetiletích přestali být Romové v Itálii předmětem sociální politiky a stali se předmětem sekuritizačních procesů. Vedlo to k tomu, že vláda a úřady přistupují prostřednictvím bezpečnostní politiky, opatření a orgánů stále intenzivněji i k nejchudším skupinám Romů v Itálii – k obyvatelům tzv. campi nomadi. Romové, kteří jsou umístěni v táborech často obklopených bezpečnostními kamerami a kteří jsou čím dál tím více vystavení policejním kontrolám a represi, pochopitelně nejsou vůči těmto přístupům a sekuritizaci pasivní. Zkoumám, jak Romové na sekuritizaci reagují, a svoji argumentaci opírám o vlastní etnografický výzkum formálních i neformálních podob dohledu nad Romy na římské periferii, který proběhl mezi lety 2014 a 2017. Svým relečním přístupem bych ráda posunula prezentaci těchto každodenních strategií a postupů mimo obvyklý rámec scottovských konceptů, jako jsou „zbraně slabých“ a „skryté scénáře“, a chci se soustředit na snahu Romů nepokrytě utvářet vlastní vztahy s policí i materiální prostředí, v kterém jsou přinucení žít.Reference
